On the Go is diligent when it comes to customer’s time. Every person with On the Go is trained to do the job as efficiently and as economical as possible.

All prices listed are for services rendered by On the Go and do not include charges for third parties or merchandise purchased to complete the request.

Payment is expected after services are rendered. A deposit may be required if purchasing items on customer’s behalf (from third parties etc.) We accept cash, check, money order and credit cards through PayPal. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.

All services will be performed as efficiently, economically and safely as possible.

We have the right of refusal to participate in any activities deemed dangerous, illegal or unethical.

If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, On the Go requires 24 hours notice. The failure to provide any notice will result in a $20.00 service charge.

In the event that On the Go is unable to access the customer’s residence or place of business, the customer will be charged the full amount of the service requested.

All information personal or otherwise collected will be for the sole use of On the Go business. The information gathered will never be disclosed or sold to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the customer’s financial obligation to On the Go.

For insurance purposes errands do NOT include the transport of human beings or taxi service, sorry for any inconvenience.
